Not what I expected

Well, I decided that I wanted to get the ritual of QQ going over raiding started and something odd happened. I did my job, I made a post about a week ago that would have in the past inspired some /gquits and complaining. It didn't work, it turns out that the QQers already left.

For those of you who don't know, Heroes Inc has formed two exclusive raid groups. The only difference will be pace, one group raiding less basically. The best part about this idea for my money was separate progression. No holding back of one group and no pulling along of the other group. "Group A" aka Team Lakini, starts its raid schedule this Wednesday. "Group B" aka The Mandonna Queens will start some other time, I don't remember when.

Once the plan was announced, there was the wonderful process of picking the teams. People sent the wishes to Ferth secretly, then he secretly sent them to Ellevis (Wichita) then they secretly figured out the teams, secretly. The teams were posted, now since this was done secretly I don't what went on behind the scenes but no one got mad or quit or anything like that (unless they did it secretly). That's all.

it was a highly complicated process of everyone who selected option A getting into the A group, and everyone else ending up in B, I bet some people are wishing they picked A :)

I agree with the title of your blog. We need to have a sit down with Vunderman, go heavy and bring your sicilian bodyguard. Be sure to screen for wiretaps.

Kudos to Ferth and Wichita for working it all out and communicating with other people. But I say we switch it up in about 6 weeks and start all over.

Basically, what Ferth said is correct. It was already very clear who the A group was going to be. Although we were all told, the groups wouldn't be chosen based on who leveled to 80 first, that's exactly what happened. Group A began raiding before everyone was 80 .So, there really wasn't a "choice", so to speak. It's as Ferth said, and "everyone else ending up in the B group". My comments have nothing to do with how I feel personally about the different groups, but more so how they were chosen.

One player in group A has only been 80 for less than a week, more than one member of group B have been 80 for 3 weeks. I'm not trying to argue with you, but the saying that the first to 80 are on the A team is not correct.

In response to your comment Lakini...My point was more about the fact that the groups were already predetermined and to say that there was a "choice" was misleading. So,my point is, Group A did start raiding before we all hit 80, and yes there was maybe one person that didn't turn 80 yet in that group until recently, but Group A has remained Group A.Those same people that started raiding first, less maybe one or two people, has remained Group A, and that hasn't changed. Let me say this also, and I mean no disrespect towards anyone, but there were people that were suppose to be in Group A, and lead to believe they would be, but those same people were "persuaded" into the other Group, because group A was already determined. Like I said before, there is no offense intended towards either group leader, because it's not about who's leading it, it's about the fact that one group was already established before the poll was even in the forum.
